A working half day for independent insurance agency owners. Built and taught by two people who ship this software for a living, not by a conference speaker.
That is not your fault. Almost everything written for agency owners is either a vendor demo of software you cannot change, or a keynote that ends with "the future is coming." Neither one leaves you with anything on Monday.
This is three hours in a room with other owners from Polk County, and everybody leaves having built the same working thing on their own laptop, wired to their own agency. We are not going to talk about what AI might do in five years. We are going to spend the back half of the morning building something that runs when you get back to your desk.
Built on your own workflow with you in the room, on your laptop, using your agency's real situation. Not a demo of somebody else's setup that you cannot reproduce later.
The three jobs an agency can hand to AI today, and the ones it still does badly. The second half of that list is the half nobody selling you software will read out loud.
An understanding of where this is heading, how quickly it will get there, and what you may miss out on by waiting.
A room of owners each building something different in one morning does not work, and anybody who promises it has not tried. So we all build one, together, and you choose it when you register. Whichever gets the most votes is what we build on the 17th.
Feed it your renewal list. It sorts by policy type and days out, then drafts the check-in for each one in your voice with the specifics of that policy. You read and send.
Paste in a morning of client email. It works out what each one actually wants, a certificate, a policy change, an ID card, a billing question, and drafts the reply in your own template language for someone to check and send.
One intake that captures everything carriers ask for, turned into a clean master sheet your staff work from. It will not stop you re-keying into each carrier portal, nothing built in a morning will, but it does stop you asking the client four times.
Three hours. Two of them are talking, one of them is you building. Coffee throughout.
Come a few minutes early. We want everyone connected and ready before we start, because the build block later depends on it.
An honest read on what these tools do for an agency your size in 2026. What has genuinely changed in the last year, what has not, and which of the things you have been told are simply marketing.
Where it beats a person, where it is a liability, and how to tell the difference before you have staked a client relationship on it. Including the client data question and what you are responsible for.
Laptops open. We build the option the room voted for, step by step, everyone at once, each of us wiring it to your own agency. You will have it working before you leave. We come around the room. Nobody gets left behind.
Where to point this next, what to try second, and what to leave alone for now. Then open questions for as long as they keep coming.
We stay after for anyone who wants to keep going.
Builds and runs the agent systems that handle marketing, content, outreach and reporting for small businesses across Florida. Lakeland based. Spends most days shipping the kind of automation we will build on the 17th.
Builds software used by agencies every day. One of his products answers the phone when nobody in the office can get to it, so a caller is handled instead of going to voicemail. Another turns a quote into a short personal video for the client. He also builds private AI systems that run on hardware inside a business rather than in somebody else's cloud.
If you get to 11:30 and you do not have something you can use the next morning, say so and we refund the seat. You do not have to justify it and we will not argue about it.
We would rather give the money back than have you tell another agency owner in Polk County that it was not worth the morning.
The whole back half of the morning is you building on your own machine. A tablet will not do it. If that is a problem, email us before the 17th and we will sort something out.
No. If you can use email and a web browser you will keep up. There is no code. We picked the build options specifically because they do not require any.
Yes, though we would rather have the owner. The decisions that come out of the morning are usually owner decisions, and the person who attends is the one who leaves able to build.
Tell us before the 17th and we will move you to the next one or refund you. We would just rather know, because a held seat that goes empty is a seat another owner wanted.
Yes. The thing you built, working, plus written steps for rebuilding it and pointing it at something else later.
We will cover the general shape of what to watch for. Each individual is responsible for adhering to their carrier's individual guidelines, and we will be clear about where that line sits.
Thursday 17 September, 8:30 to 11:30am, COhatch Lakeland. $499 per seat.
No payment now. We will email you to confirm and take payment before the 17th. Prefer to talk first? Email ops@davidaisystems.com.
